Institution-Owned Trainee Logins
Each license is a login that belongs to your department, not to the individual trainee, so access stays with your fellowship program as cohorts change.
- Batch-created credentials: we set up your full allocation of trainee logins in one go and send them to your coordinator to hand out.
- Resettable at any time: passwords can be reset and logins reassigned to a new trainee when someone finishes or leaves.
- Progress and usage oversight: because the logins are yours, supervisors can sign in to any of them to check a trainee's progress, scores and usage.
Straightforward Hospital & University Procurement
Clinical leads have little time for complicated software procurement, so we keep the process simple:
- Departmental budgets: annual departmental licenses start at $1,569 (CA$2,089) per year for 10 trainees, which sits comfortably within typical fellowship, education or department-level sign-off limits.
- Flexible billing: we accept corporate credit and debit cards as well as hospital, health system and university purchase orders (POs).
- Official documentation: we supply formal itemized invoices, vendor forms and any confirmations your finance team needs.
